Die Trauben des Skript Completer Malans sind am 5. Oktober 2023 auf einer 0,53 Hektar grossen Fläche in Malans mit 95 Oechslegrad geerntet worden. Der Wein wurde in neuen Burgunderfässern vergoren und reifte danach für neun Monate auf der Feinhefe heran. Schliesslich wurde der edle Tropfen in exakt 1790 Flaschen abgefüllt und nummeriert.

Degustationsnotiz
Blasses Goldgelb. Sehr vielschichtiges Bouquet mit Aromen von weissen Blüten, Steinfrüchten und dezenter Vanille. Wuchtiger Auftakt mit viel Schmelz am Gaumen. Gehaltvoller Körper mit gut eingebundener, saftiger Säure und feinen Citrus- und Gewürzaromen. Der Abgang ist intensiv und lang anhaltend.

Herkunft / Trauben
Die seltene und in der Schweiz heimische Sorte wird vorwiegend im Kanton Graubünden kultiviert. Die Trauben stammen aus der Lage «Selvenen» in Malans. 

Vinifikation / Ausbau
Der Wein wird in neuen, französischen Eichenholzfässern vergoren und anschliessend für neun Monate im Barrique ausgebaut.
