Anspruchsvoll. Der einzigartige Charakter des Eyholzer Roten (wahrscheinlich aus dem Aostatal stammend) will gesucht und verstanden werden. Einmalig kultiviert bei Chanton. Hellroter Wein zum Apero, Fisch im Butter gebraten. Kühl servieren.

Anspruchsvoll, sein Charakter will gesucht und verstanden werden, duftet nach Bergveilchen und Himbeeren. Zettelt Kontroverse um den Rotwein an: Einzelne Weinkenner zählen ihn nicht zu den Rotweinen, andere finden ihn speziell.
