Ein Wein aus dem Hause Mähler-Besse

Charakter
Vielschichtige Aromen von Cassis, Brombeer, Lorbeer, schwarze Oliven, Tabak und Zedernholz. Langer, weicher Auftakt, saftiger und gut strukturierter Mittelteil, harmonisch eingebundene Gerbstoffe. Eleganter, intensiver Abgang auf leichter Cassis- und Peperoni- Aromatik endend.

Eignet sich zu
Gebratener Ente mit Olivenbutter, Rindsfilet im Teig, Lammracks mit Polenta, Wildgerichten, rezentem Käse.

Über den Wein
Die Trauben werden von Hand in kleine Kistchen gelesen. Nach dem Pressen findet die Vergärung unter ständiger Kontrolle der Temperatur statt. Der weitere Ausbau erfolgt ausschliesslich in französischen Barriques.
